BETA 5 out today?
 

hey. I heard someone tell me that Beta 5 is out today...can anyone confirm this?

I've also heard the same rumour.

Scott from vB.com said last week BETA 5 should be out today, monday, but it wasn't certain

The topic (In vBorg) says sometime this week now. So maybe it's not specific and maybe not today.

i think i started that rumor, i was in the chat with scott and he said this week, so i was being hopefull and said monday

vb team at vbcom said monday.

but ill be at work from 2 - midnight so i dont get to install untill tomarrow :( and im going to miss wrestling :(

Scott said it could be out any day this week, however beta 5 went live on the vb.com forums around 8 hours ago so looking hopeful for a release today

if i upload, will all my templates mods be gone?

they might include an upgrade script *Maybe*

Yep, just upgraded vBTDesign.com a bit ago, as well as preparing for the new skin release :). vBulletin beta 5 is nice, can't wait to see final!

Yay! I'm going to have to install it soon, might be busy today.

fully installed, although i hate the smilie error, this version has deleting problems :(

I'm sure there'll be a bug fix for it soon... unless it's too big a fix to post that is.

I havnt come across any bugs yet but I only just installed it so... bleh.

The only error I can across was an icon error, of which the default did not show up when chosen, though it was easily fixed, thanks to Xiphoid pointing me to the bug fix.
