Note: filburt, your style for the forumhome will be changed within a week, i am very busy with school these days, sorry!

Too dark for my liking, doesn't look very lively.
The design is nice, header is too. :)

I suggest you rethink the forumhome look that you copied from WDF before I write a cease and desist letter.

It's called violation of copyright and intellectual property laws. I worked months on WDF to get its style the way it is today and I'm not about to have other site try to copy it.

Filburt has a point, he should have asked before he used it and so he's still in breach of the copyright laws on WDF.

though, i did get the idea for this from you filburt, but you cant really smack anything on me, and i think AvIO might want to consider doing it something like this... http://www.podesign.co.uk/vb/index.php?styleid="20" (yes i did buy the vBT design, and modded it heavily (with many of your template edits, filburt, as you can see =P)
... you can see on mine that it still has the default forumbit table set ups, i just moved them around and combined the posts and threads part (and no i didnt get THAT part from you, i`ve done stuff like that back before i found out about vB).

but i think AviO should use something like i did if he is going for that type of layout... i dunno

Eh, yours look pretty similar too, you just don't have the icons (which can be dynamically turned off on mine).

And seesh yeah, you do have a lot of my released mods installed :p

You images have the same exact pattern of light, they are a bit smaller and less clear

-Look at the background in both - ITS THE SAME
-You copied the style of the header


It looks a little different, but you obviously stole images and ideas. Not cool at all.

I meant, that bought styles (like from vbskins.com) usually have a copyright from their site.

I happen to know someone who knows him. This person told me that he saw their style and copied it as close as possible.

If he did buy it, then there is NO RAVIO (vbskins) COPYRIGHT NOTICE.

Thats how I know. I do not try to give people bad names, I respect all the hard work that people put into their styles and ideas. I have sent an e-mail to corey from vbskins, since you "paid" it will not matter right?

Every single color is exactly the same, a lot of the images are the same. You did steal them, it would be in your best interest to just make a new and original style; or pay for it from vbskins, and add their copyright, and everything is fine.

Oh, and if you say those are from the same site, just look at the side that is a tiny bit different.

That isn't made by vbskins fyi. Those Icons were used way before vbskins every came out. Eddie, you think your too smart? Think again.

And about the $1000, I won't even give you a single CENT, cuz those icons are not ripped. Let me repeat, those icons were not created by vbSKINS for NEXUS.

This is your final warning to remove WDF's design from your site. The next step will be a cease-and-desist letter, and after that if I see fit, legal action, not to mention Jelsoft revoking your license for having violated its agreement (violation of copyright laws).
