No, A:\ you don't, but please do not worry as the system will not be here for long with what is planned. It probably will be back and when it does return, it will actually work to its full potential.

Right now, it does not matter either way, once the upgrades and such are completed, it will matter.

Is there anyway I could get this thing on my forum? because I'm starting a place like vBpanel, ( odubt it will ever get popular) but this would be a nice thing to have :)

If you can code it yourself, go ahead. Otherwise I'm sure it's only given out to vB.com affilated sites.
