Upgrade my forum?
 

I need somebody to upgrade my current forum (2.20 to 2.2.9). I have a few hackes that need to be updated (logout / register button, read users PM, auto welcome new users etc...) as well as ~75 or so template changes.

In all, i would guess it would take less then 2 hrs to update the forum, as most templates wont need to be touched, just update the hacks.

Anyone want to help? URL is in profile? I'll pay for the service, but cant afford much, make an offer.

You'd have to give out your license information to somebody and that's a bad idea.

Check out http://www.vbulletin.com/order/ for an official upgrade service, but they won't preserve your hacks.

I suggest you upgrade and start clean, some of those hacks still might be beta.

*nod* I may just do that... just no time to do so (hence the 2.20..) :)

Ill do it for cash..i may sound greedy but im broke and i would have to put off work im getting paid for to do it.

I would reccomend using Araxis Merge to do it. You can find a really good tutorial on how to do this on vbulletin.org.

Well, im looking at your forum, there dont seem to be to many hacks. Are they mostly on the cp side?.

I can do it for $15 - $20. It would have to be mailed to me because i dont have a paypal acount or credit card. It souldent be to hard, i could probbly have it all upgraded to 2.2.9 in at least a hour. depending on how many hacks you have in your admin cp.
