i THINK i know what you are talking about....it sounds like you are asking how to create nice style designs like tony's. if that is the case...then its all done in PHOTOSHOP. you design the style the way that you want it to look, then you slice it up with the slice tool and code it into HTML, adding the vB variables - hope this is what you needed!
