I am starting a vB Forum, but I am new at it.

I am looking for a few experianced Co-Admins (e.i. Code Modders / Graphics Designers) to help me,
Currenntly can can't pay anyone, becuase have to eat on what money I do get.

I will give full credit to you, on what ever you do, and at any point or time that I start getting paid through the site, I will give a percentage to who it is credited to.

NOTE: I am also looking for a Graphics Designer for the Biz part of my site, they will be paid for what percent of the work they do on a client page.

Please give more info. If you are ooking for someone to make your forums, i cant cause of time. What will this "co-admin" be doing?

Well, I would like help maintaning them, and yeh, help making it look better.

But I am open to admin that just will help moderate lol.

I would help but I need info. I wouldn't mind helping customize VB although I don't have alot of time I would be more than happy to do it for some cash.

id do it for a little cash, im not greddy its just, between my board, getting a GED, working, AND doing work for 3 other sites i cant aford to take on anthor project for free. if you would like to see my board go to kousetsu.

There have been a good deal of posts like this in the past, most of which have been deleted as many people would like to be compensated for their work and hardly anyone offers anything.

My suggestion is to either offer something in return, such as monetary compensation, or try to do it yourself for the time being until you can offer something other than an admin/mod spot at your board.

Not trying to be rude, but an admin spot hardly covers any time spent doing graphics work that is worth anything, much less anything else.

sneaking in a ad?. if someone is ganna be paying me for something its only right that they see my current work, in all honesty my board is nothing that great as far as a flashy design is concerned, it was something simple i thru toghter until i had the time to do something better.
