Cause if you get caught and a person will 9/10 times slip up and get caught there's actions they can take that aren't pleasant. It's not worth it in the end.

You need to buy them first, then ask the creator if you're allowed to edit them.

He already has quite a few colors available, although if you buy them, I am sure he would not mind you chaning the colors as long as you did not offer them free for download or try to pawn them off as your own.
