Before I start, could an admin delete my other thread?

xiWix is a vBulletin designed to help fellow vB owners with vB images, styles, templates and other miscellaneous stuff.

The color is a soft to the eye blue, like vBT, and a yellow to give it a boost. Also, xiWix has it's own made graphics such as, smilies and buttons.

Thats the exact scheme too. It would be better to do things that others haven't done.

Hmmm... what do you mean? Well, I made all those images myself and I based the colors on my mobile phone cover. Well, as I said I am welcome to all comments.

Thats what I thought when I saw your forums. They are probably indentical to the old vBT. Im not accusing you of stealing it, but its seems to much like vBT to be a coincidence.:confused:

Yeah okay, I will do that. Another thing, I never even knew about vBT until like a few weeks ago and I have never seen the last version of vBT.

Also, I have fixed some errors and such in the .php files and the templates.

Nice try, but I can clearly see that you did not make those images yourself. You have stolen the image that backgrounds "Forum | Posts | Threads | Last Post | Moderator" and have only chopped down the gradient for the categories.

Either the graphics stolen are removed else I will be in contact with your host shortly, consider this your only warning.

I thought those images were stolen. I still don't see why people want to steal this places colors and layout. It's better to have your own individual design. That way it can be look and considered to be your design and get more praise for it.

I think it's just common sense to make your own style or make someone similar and be allowed to do so.

How do we protect against these type of people?

I will also be talking to the owner of Dark Project Studio's. I have looked at your smilies and have a copy on my computer. You did not make those smilies or your own gradient, they are exactly alike.

Quite trying to cover yourself up because it is not going to work and I am not going to allow you to steal others work, mine or anyone elses, and claim it off as your own when it is not.

Excuse me! Crono was there when I made these smilies! And, I made those images myself. It aint hard to do that.

Looks alot like here though, so I find that very hard to believe.

Erm no. My header dont even look like here and I dman well dot want it to. Also, why the hell would I copy crap?

Anotherthing to SaintDog. I have the .psd's for the smilies proving that I made them. Also, why not try and look at 100's of other vb's. They have this design. That is why I did it, and I got inspiration off my mobile cover.

And it shops that you are imature to the fact and the way you are dealing with the situation. And my uncle is my host, so it would be hard to get me taken off and I pay quarters towards the rack shack server.

One last thing, I am sorry for any rips or so called rips I am being accused for, and my comments, but I do not like being told that I stole smilies which I made my self. My site has never been down. I closed the vB so that I could make changes to it. Anywho, don't hate me for what I done. I appreciate this place and such. Anyways, I really hate being told that my smilies aren't even minec :(. Also, I think SD acted a bit childish but he has his reasons. Anyways, I have the tech style that cprompt did. Not coz I can't make my own, its just I have always liked that syle. Anyways hope ya'll like the new look. And incase of future arguements, I have permission to change the layout etc.

It is obvious we have different view on things, although I took screenshots and can match them to the ones here, so I do have proof to back up the rip accusation.

I am glad you are changing it, although to call me childish is un-called for and un-needed, especially since I am not the one trying to gain from another site, when I can build my own.
