[Release] Who's Online On Top

Description: Will put Who's Online on top of your forum list instead of below.

Attached below. No screenshot yet and It's untested. Sorry I can't test it on KSF since we don't have a forum list on our main page. Report bugs.

Tested and it worked, and I have a screenshot. :)

Very simple, but good:) Thanks:)

Cypher720 08-18-2002 01:57 PM

thanks a lot - just asked for this:)

Kumaro 08-18-2002 03:18 PM

whoa...i can't believe this even qualifies....its just a cut and paste in one template...
I guess i'll release the exact same template mod except it moves the PM bar instead of whos online....

Works great. Have been using this simple mod for quite some time. Thanks

M3Kamikaze 08-18-2002 07:33 PM

I'm new here, but for those people that don't know how (obviously most everyone does), if you'd like to integrate the above into the Welcome Panel, then just move the $loggedinusers right below $pminfo (within the Welcome Panel code area) in the forumhome template.

turdboy 08-19-2002 01:12 AM

This would've saved me some time but it was simple enough to figure out by myself.

GraphixworX 08-19-2002 02:25 AM

simple and easy

Look around, there are alot of simple modifications around. Someone requested it and I made it. It may be easy but some people don't know how to do it.

Is that such a crime?

mashby 08-20-2002 04:09 PM

No, it's not crime. There are plenty of new users to vB and new to HTML. Having simple template mods can be very beneficial.

Tony G 08-21-2002 05:58 AM

I'm glad then, I don't want to be raided for easy mods. It's just hard to come up with ideas. :/

Prince 09-27-2002 12:39 PM

Hehe :) what if i want a space between it ?

Tony G 09-27-2002 12:41 PM

Do you need exact code? All you need to do is end the table by closing all tags and then using the same table code as used for the WOL afterwards.

xion 09-27-2002 03:07 PM

very goodd

Tony G 09-28-2002 12:33 AM

Thank you, and BTW please click install if you did install it. Just wanna see how many people like these moving mods.

I don't understand. I used this mod but I can't figure out how to space it.

Tony G 10-02-2002 01:02 AM

Do you want the code to do it? I explained it a bit in words but may be difficult after my pathetic explanation. :p

Richy T. 10-02-2002 12:17 PM

Yes please. I am trying to understand your explanation but can't figure it out.

I an addition, I am learning how to modify my forum, so could you explain what the coding is performing?

Daddy Rhon 10-07-2002 01:39 PM

Hey all I just wanted to say thank contributors for the simple mods. The templates are bit of a learning curve for old-school designers who are used to HTML. I had been hacking at my board all morning and appreciate someone being thoughtful enough to show how it's done.

Tony G 10-08-2002 05:14 AM

No problem, the simple mods seem to be the most popular.

BTW if you install this please click install. Thank you. :)

imported_TranceMaster 01-22-2003 10:01 AM

very useful
thanks man :)

cYbercOsmOnauT 06-22-2003 07:28 PM

I modified it a bit. Because I also use "Categorie spacing". My Version is
Code:

<table cellpadding="{tableouterborderwidth}" cellspacing="0" border="0" bgcolor="{tablebordercolor}" {tableouterextra} width="{contenttablewidth}" align="center"><tr><td>
<table cellpadding="{tableinnerborderwidth}" cellspacing="1" border="0"  width="{contenttablewidth}">
$loggedinusers
</table>
</td></tr></table>&nbsp;<br>
<table cellpadding="{tableouterborderwidth}" cellspacing="0" border="0" bgcolor="{tablebordercolor}" {tableouterextra} width="{contenttablewidth}" align="center"><tr><td>
<table cellpadding="{tableinnerborderwidth}" cellspacing="1" border="0"  width="{contenttablewidth}">
$pminfo

Ah.. btw.. *installed* :)
