Description: This hack gets rid of the boring look of the announcement bit. It will also detach announcements from the thread list.

Very cool addition and it looks great on my board.

The only downer I found was that when I use subforums, like in my development board (supah secret one hehe) it puts the announcement in between them. You have a way that it will be on top, even if you have sub forums? See screenshot. It is ok if you don't, because I only use sub forums at extremly rare occassions.

The only thing that changed is another position of the <div align="center">$announcement</div><br> code right?

no, the forumdisplay_announcement only needs to be changed to, all you need to do with that one is take out the $announcement

if you need to compare the old file to the new if you already installed you can do so by downloading this old file.

um what the **** are you talking about? I made this code I will not give you any credit at all for this code. Take a look at your code and take a look at my code, they are very different.

Please refrain from acusing other members of stealing unless there is valid proof. The modification that Xelation made seperates the announcement section from the threadlist, whereas yours does not.
