P.S. Try your best to make your hack a plugin with no source code editing. If you can't, remember to go to vBulletin.com and request a hook so that in future hacks can be converted to plugins.

I have to say, that it is somewhat impressive how well this process works.

Also, it makes purchasing the license so worth it. Some people ask me, why should I pay for vB when I can get **enter substandard bb software name here** for free??

I say to them, just visit vbulletin.org and you'll see why. Not only is the basic product a well worth investment, but the community of people who support and use it is one of the most impressive and energetic collection of user, coders and developers i have EVER seen.

Big ups to Jelsoft...but More respect and props go to you guys, the coders and hackers, which make vB definitely worthwhile.

I'd like to add a thanks to the hackers (coders) not only for their hacks and plugins etc, but also for the support they provide if we have the occasional error.

I know vb3.5 is a big leap forward for hackers and internet based software. I would like to thank the guys at jelsoft for working so hard to bring us hackers such a great product to work on.

Efforts put in by each and every hacker on vb.org code modifications, is very huge technically, although i take time to wish a Big thanks to everyone :) for there efforts.

I adapted to the new code very quickly. Which suprised me, i guess im getting better by the day lol. I can remember when i first came here i didn't even know what PHP was. Now i've released over 14 hacks and many custom scripts. To all new hackers/PHP Coders out there. Do as much reading as you can. Trail and Error is one of the best ways to learn. It may take you hours apon hours to get something very small to work, but that means the next time you need to do something like that, it will just come naturally. Don't give up!
