Not really, its a rip. Basically, they just stole all the images, and used the colors + code for header, etc.

If you are so concerned about this type of thing you should block right click access...

Thats so easy to get around its not worth the pain it would cause everyone else, there is no way to prevent this thing from happening, the source code is right there for everyone to see ;)

Whats this about me selling it? If I was to sell a ripped off layout, you think I'd be warning the site with the original layout? I mean, wtf?

On a second note, you do know you can just click View > Source code instead of right click? Right click only keep the stupid away.

Some of us actually pay for the works of others and feel slighted when someone just comes along and steals it for themselves.

Yes, I know that getting past the right click disabling is easy but it is not easy for the average joe that has to steal a style......

Your average ripper is not your average joe - they'll be familiar with HTML and how to get around right click prevention :) Also I use right click all the time on forums to open a new tab from the menu. It stops functionality.

OK, I guess then there is nothing you can do at all and you just have to deal with it unless you go and copyright it or something there is probably not a thing you can do...

It IS copyrighted. It belong to whoever made it, its his intellectual property and he has rights to it.

an average joe would never be able to rip a vbulletin style if he doesn't know how to pass the "super duper right click preventer", js can even prevents view-> source, but again that doesn't mean anything. "You can get whatever you see".

I wouldn't use this style on my site even if it was for sale. I just don't like it. I think whoever stole it should be sued.

Blah, i still think that style isn't worth ripping. Its a basic style if you ask me. Not much work or effort would need to be done to rip it.
