he doesn't like outlook and wants to login using webmail

Your host probably offers webmail. If you can create a POP3 account for him, you should be fine. It won't be integrated with vB, though.

it does but it goes thru my c-pannel to get there

i would have to give him my c-pannel name/pass to get there

or is there another way?

What you can do is first go into your Webmail in the cpanel click on "Add/Remove Accounts" and add the users account. Once you setup the email and PW he can go here and login http://www.b3playground.com/webmail :)

OMG , but that is soooo much work..... I mean like uploading and then linking and gawd then you have to figure out how to login.

cPanel usually comes with Neomail. You can copy the URL to Neomail and just give him that.
