Magicalsoftware and v3arcade.net want to explain and apologize for any misunderstanding earlier we claimed to own OUR custom scripted code other people had help in this custom work also but just like us they did not copyright it.......now we are in no way saying we own John's original work!..
Great work John we have always givin you respect.......since I'm telling you we did not copyright our code your are free to use it and once again we apologize for any misunderstanding........now just let the talk unfold! but we have a clean slate and look forward to Johns new site after its renovated and should John decide to close it himself it will be missed!

t3media this is about coding or creating a custom look with UNLICENCED scripted code available all over the internet......i have complied code....written code and today have a Bitc+en arcade......i just wanted people to know that the look and feel i achevied (damn spelling) was not for sale........i just went about it the wrong way!
others seem they can get away with it because there talk is in other forums....personally? i guess........anyway i have subscribed to many forums on this issue in essence CONTRACTING others to achive my look and feel......but some of these people CLAIMED to say they LICENCED there code....which in fact was a lie......not to mention these same people were contracted by me......makes me want to write the damn ++++ myself but i do like coding with others..........theres another thread about scrolling awards in the POSTBIT LEGACY without java......can you get any closer than i did....i need some help on that issue.........my "im sorry" was said....let it go......and thanks for the beer! and peace!

I don't care either way really. I have no dog in this hunt. It was a poorly worded attempt to defuse this thread from going into a samantics debate about what's owned and what is just something that does the same thing coded by someone else with the same idea.

That part of the issue I'll jump on board, but some other time. I won't decide what happened here. But my money is now on that debate happening. ;)

v3arcade is coming back with a better script later this year (hopefully), I've had a small chat with John and if all goes according to plan - I'll be helping him with support and other such things once again.

Looking forward to some updates. :)
