CMPS for 3.03?
 

I couldn't find the cmps that works for vB 3.03 after I searched for it - does anyone know where it is located? thx

vBa CMPS works on vBulletin 3.0.0 RC - 3.0.5

or you could try the new mkportal that works with vb , It has everything and more including download section , blogs , shout area , reviews , oh hell everything you can think of , works fine with vb 3.0.3 through to 3.0.5
and best of all its free , free i tell ya free

Free? Last i remember it was a paid product.

Also what template system does it use? :)

MKPortal has been free as long as I can remember..

The template system is a downside on it, however. It's similar to the templating of Coppermine, if you have ever used that? All the templates are stored in one php file..

I don't use it for vB, but I do use it on my other site, and as far as features go I'd def recommend it over any other portal/cms out there as of right now.

I'd never use somthing for vB that didn't use vB's template system, just doesnt make sense.

you can select it to use the same theme that you are using on the forum itself , I have had it running on our site now for about 2 weeks and i am doing alot of devlopment for it with use of vb , so far so good and everything is working.
And yes it is free , it is a front end that supports the following forum systems,
IPB
SMF
PhpBB
MyBB
vbulletin

so it is quite comrehensive.

i think MKportal is a complete portal with all the best features in its out of the box install. i won't say its the best...but you gotta check the features out. install both and see which one is better.

Have to agree with zachery, you pay for a vB license..why would you not use one of vB's best features? ( Its template system )
