Makes somthings easyer :) its a hackers choice to install it.

There's a folder called "htfiles" in this hack release, I don't need to use any of the files in there to install uCash and uShop do I? I can just follow the instructions in "file_templates.html" right?

IF you dont have the HTL installed, dont upload the htl folder,

Just run the installer, & follow the file)templates.html file

If you are not using the HTL, then you do not need that folder. Run admincp/ushop_install.php.

If you need help or whatever for the HTL, post in its thread.

but one thing

how come its not showing on the main portal page as thats the page i first hit when i come here now imagine some peoples disapointment when they login just to see if its there and its not ?

besides that reading the first post seems it has a lot of features but im gonna hold off on installing until some others report back that all went well (which i see no reason why it wont :).

I see the pic of the store etc but is that showing everything as i dont see the thief mode and also are pics made toggleble ON/OFF ?

inint.php is in the includes folder - your hack says just init.php (may confuse soem people who aint used to hacking)

another one - global.php - i did the one in root but there is also a global in admincp

cant get in admincp is this down to the me doing the global in root and not the one in admincp ?

You were supposed to do the global.php in the root forums directory - and that means you didn't do the includes/init.php edit or if you are using the standalone installer, you haven't done all of the steps.
