Johnny - in Israel you are required by law to do service in the army when you reach a certain age (I think it's 17/18) as miz already said :)

o ok, see i read his post that says he lives in illinois so i thought he joined the US army but didnt now he was from israel, now i know :)

I've heard that other countries have armies as well, they just don't fight in wars that often ^^
