Trouble with google spiders not getting past Vba
Not sure where to post this -- the folks at VBA suggested I post here....
Every time I see the google spider - it never gets past my vba page. It only says "index" - and I dont know why. (thats changed a little since I added adsense the other day) My site is www.lincolnvscadillac.com --- any help would be appreciated. Also- the ask jeeves spider also is not getting past the index- so its something in my vba page I think thats preventing the spiders from getting into my forums............ |
**cough** sessions **cough**
Google usually refuses to follow session-id'd links. Send Google to your ARCHIVES, and it'll have no trouble. Also, someone should release a hack that turns sessions off completely for SpiderBots. :) Just an idea. |

Do guests have access to your forums? |
yes- guests have access to most forums -
Same problem over here... vBadvanced + spiderbots dont seem to be getting along...???
maybe its just a problem with vbadvanced? Google went through mine for a whole 2 days indexing everything. A lot of other bots have, too.
thats my thinking.......... spidars would go to my vba page - then nowhere else........
I would like to find the answer to this too. Spiders always get stop at the index page.
Very frustrating! Fiber |
Did anyone ever find an answer? I am having the same issues...
I switched to VBA CMPS and no more problems -
