This hack adds on your board a guestbook where everybody can post

If a member post in the guestbook, he keeps his avatar, else if it's an unregistered, a default avatar will be displayed

Fields avaible are : note, city, website, title and message

Admins can remove posts

That search id doesn't work.

Why don't you give support to licensed members on this site? Now we are forced to register on your site which made me choose not to download this hack.

We prefer to give support on our site because doing support here become sometimes really hard when there are too many post's pages...

And because we want to provide our hacks for everyone while people may not understand english so they can't come here.

If you don't want to download the hack because of that that's your choice (even if we still do a bit of support here)

Could you make it look a little more like atraditional guestbook, more compact as well?

I was planning to do a guestbook after i finished my web ring hack .... i think i will still go ahead and code it anyway :)

I think combing an already popular guestbook like http://proxy2.de/guestbook/ and combine it with vbulletin..

There is a link on our portal to a guestbook, it's exactly the same execpt that this one is integrated in the portal

Test it, post, you'll see it work

unless"Derniers Messages " is the guestbook.. i can't seem to find it

I don't see it, I've asked other people to go to the link and they can't seem to find it either. So I'm glad I am not the only one having trouble finding this on your site. I think the guestbook should be easier to locate then this..

In a left bloc : Livre d'or in french, register you, choose english language and you'll see guestbook appear

I still have a problem with attachments here, it's written in progress and I can't reupload it :(

Do you think this is possible?
Could your hack be addapted to this?

i installed the visit book but don't save the signatures, it only puts a page and don't accumulate the signatures in the book

@vb-hispano : signatures aren't display in the guestbook

A bug was reported on vbulletindev, it's now corrected, to update : just replace you livredor.php with the new one in the zip

I did this on my vB2... I'm working on getting it to vB3.

Gustbook... isn't that just a thread?

i don't understand what makes a guestbook different from a normal thread or from the shoutbox....

Is there a way to run multiple copies of this? Something we used to do quite a bit was setup guestbooks for get-well cards and birthdays, and even though it was a great idea I eventually stopped doing it because I had to keep installing new guestbooks. I suppose an alternative would be to have an invisible guestbook forum and start new threads each time, but using something like what you have here would be nicer. :)

i got the same error u had, and i renamed table from vb3_livre to livre and its ok :D

@VBDev: theres wrong at the livre template, you use this phares livre_website, but you said put this liste_site

Great addon.
Need a new button for the guestbook however. Something like "Sign" would be nice instead of the same old "New Thread".

Why isn't the unregistered avatar showing up?

My regular avatar isn't showing up. I don't host avatars on my boards, is there anyway to take that out altogether?
