Cool, could you make an addon for any of the portals, I preffer vBindex myself, a box that integrates info from this great hack so I can have my affiliates also on the first page? please!?

Now this is great, this will be in league with vbadvance and arcade, and i agree it would be great to have a addon that will display either banners or active links (addon for vbadvance please)

Just an idea for any upgrades you do, could you make it so the mods get the options in the modcp to sort out any request, takes some work of the admins

i will be planning modcp intergration in the next release.
i will try to code something for vbindex this week(since i run it on my site) and vbadvanced ill have to look at.

question on portal blocks, do you want like a top listing of affiliates or just listing of all the affiliates?

Iam not bothered either way m8, as this is a great hack and would be happy with either option

Just one other comment:- where the button is shown, could do with centralising and spacing out the text under the buttom. but thats just small things as iam happy with it.

just edit the affiliate_listbits template;)

Fix: Fixed editing for types/categories

Those who have downloaded/installed already please reupload/overwrite affiliateadmin.php with the attached file.

Gotta tell ya, without pagination, this is not really a viable solution IMHO.

What is the load of this hack? I understand that topsite lists have a lot of load, and I was just wondering, since the vb2 version that was made by Bane or someone (not 100% sure who) had a pretty big load, but was modified to cache. Does this cache as well?

I'd recommend random selection of X affil's ... X being a number you can specify in your AdminCP options ...

oh yes here are my server loads:
not sure was is considered high, but i didnt include caching in this version of templates but i will be sure to add that in the next version.

ok, im getting close to being done with version 2. are there any other suggestions or feature you would like see in this version. after this version i will most likely not make the next version for awhile:)

My suggestion for next time is to not put those phrases as an SQL query. I'm running around in circles having insert them manually b/c I've already got phraseid's equal to the ones your queries are trying to insert.

It would be great that the site titles in the top 5 list would be clickable :)

also my affiliate list is currently down due to complications with some new feature i added. Ill try to get it back up and working as soon as possible;)

Yeah, haven't done them yet. I only upgraded to gold last night and I'm still working on it. :)
