Signature upload
 

I know ive already asked but i was wondering if anyone new was able to do. Anyway after a hack for the signarure upload option like avatar

You mean, allow them to upload a picture that would be included in their signature?

I think this would be a great idea, if that's what you mean.

Yes sorry it was late. What i mean is that many of my users make custom banners for there forum signature. I would like a function so they could upload there signature. The settings would be like the avatar and if possible we could moderate the size etc like avatars in admincp

why not using the img tag to link their banner in the sig ? save your web space too...

Not everyone has space to upload. I have enough room for them to upload but instead of the hasslke of them sending me it and me uploading id like a feature so they can upload

1) uploading to your own server in many cases would in fact make your board postbit pages load faster due to the fact it will not have to load big signs from a number of crappy slow free host that your users may be useing to host there sign.

2) it is alot easyer for new users to understand and get a sign has all they have to do is upload it from pc to forums.

If you don't use the Profile Picture option its pretty simple to modify it to be a signature image system which is what I've done. If and when I get the chance I'll post the modifications.

Is no one able to do it? I know I would find it very helpful. Especially if it had usergroup permissions...
