I updated the stats instructions, they should work right now. there was a slight error in my txt file


Also updated the html abit and made it look atad nicer..

Does this include template modifications for getting it on the Vertical Postbit insted of legacy?

ah no it does not, i dont use it >.< i will play around with it and update it later today

the screen is from beta 7 :) and no i have not had time to make a Horizontal version yet >.<

how does this hack work? like where does it get the figures for the 3 power bars under the avatar? is this part of a larger addition to the vb forum? *slightly confused* i want to download this but i dont know if i need anything else to run it in, other than the vb3 code.

read the install. put the code where its sposed to be. put the html where its sposed to be and bam

this is great! awesome feature and it's really quite small install. any plans to make additions and add new features?

yes i do plan to add an elements system and hopefully for the pokemon lovers a evolution system, however im sure the evolution system could be worked out for ohter systems as well :)

Yes Faranth, it would be nice if you can make an update for the postbit stuff and wait with the evolution system. :-)

just wanted to show u ur stats thing in full effect, i did some tweaking, nothing big. Head over to http://forums.ani-pro.com and check it out, ill send u the code if you like, I do have 1 issue with it tho. the last image cuts off in the percent bar, but maybe I will be able to fix it :)

Well, I got alot of PM's for this modification I made, but I wasn't expecting it, and I am sorry I am so late with this, but in the attachments is the text file that tells you how to have your stats like mine, exactly like mine for instance, I am including my images and so forth if you would like to use them. yes just the text version and yes

I made the image version work for the horizontal and vertial postbits.

its not hard to do, i just havent had the time or the want to do it :) ive been busy writing hacks and developing the next windows XP skins for RC :)

Well you can use what I did and make the next version of the RPG stats Faranath, I made it work with both the verticle and horizontal postbits :)

Anyway I can make this work globally ont he forums instead of just on the showthread. For example I want to show it on FORUMHOME as well as other pages.

can you please remove the whole install file, and just attach the text instructions? ill point it out that you helped :) but i dont want more than one copy in the thread.

where would you show it on forum home?

I've had this installed on my forum for about a week (sorry, forgot to click install at the time, done it now though).

My users love it, especially as i run a gaming related website in the first place, it's making my users visit the forum and post a lot more regular than they were. :)

Becouse we have the problem that on certain ocasions the EXP goes down to 1.

I understand how the HP works, but what is the MP and other stats based upon? What makes them go up and down?

Havent had the need to update, id really like to rewrite this with a few added features but i barely have time for eveyrhting else im doing

Thanks for the great hack but the text instructions need to be updated/changed as you have the wrong path to the last bar image listed. Other than that...freaking awesome to have this hack back again for 3.0

the width of the bars is always random like the exp sometimes is longer than the rest or mp for that matter is there anyway to make them all the same size thanks in advance.
