What's going on?

Its working fine for me.I expect you might of accidently got your IP banned due to the recent dDos attacks they have been receiving.

Send an email too support@vbulletin.com stating that you cannot access vBulletin.com and do not forget to include your IP in the email for them :)

hm ok... i'll do that.

I emailed them yesterday but I have not gotten a reply yet and I still can't access the site.

Not much we can do here im afraid. It isnt a server problem otherwise you wouldnt be on this site now as they are both on the same server. So it pretty much has to be your IP that has been blocked. I guess all you can do now is wait.

There are no unasnwered tickets in the support system and virtually everything is answered in an hour or less. What is the support ticket number?

Well thanks for the quick reply Steve and vb staff, but if my IP changes every time I access the internet, manually unblocking every last 2 numbers in the IP isn't going to help. This affects just too mutch members of vbulletin.com.

We had a DoS attack a few months ago, our host just made some security changes and after that we had no new attacks.

Same here havnt been able to access vbulletin.com for about a week, dont have a static ip either
what do we do ?

Triple T -- I think vBulletin.com might be receiving far worse attacks than your site (No offence but im sure you see where im comming from)

Nitro -- Only thing you can do is email them, as suggested above.

I do not have a ticket number.
I just emailed support@vbulletin.com

All tickets get an automated response. If you did not get one that you either sent this to the wrong address or your mail client is blocking emails from our server. As I said EVERY ticket in the system has been answered.
