DynamicThreads ?
Anyone heard of this yet ?
Looks rather promising. http://www.dynamicthreads.com not affiliated to them in any way |
Looks alot like vb3 beta 7's layout and functioning
|
Seems to be like a beefed up vB2 - i'm sure that the code is completely written themselves.
|
It is almost blaitently a rip...
http://www.dynamicthreads.com/forum/...rname=wulfwulf <-- profile page http://www.dynamicthreads.com/forum/...181&find=posts <-- search page http://www.dynamicthreads.com/forum/calendar.php <-- calendar page http://www.dynamicthreads.com/forum/memberlist.php <-- memberlist page http://www.dynamicthreads.com/forum/....php?forumid=3 <-- forumdisplay page http://www.dynamicthreads.com/forum/...&threadid=3024 <-- showthread page Without registering, I cannot tell if the profile (user cp) or newthread/reply pages are the same, but these pages are a cross between vB2 and vB3... Satan |
Sad, a competiter has to copy a style from another.
Too bad vb3 has a new style ;) |
Looks pretty nice. :)
|
Extremely similar in visual design.
I wont bother downloading to view the source. Such a boring title for a BBS as well. Every BBS contains "dynamic" elements. |
Hey, it's not even out yet and already u folks are bashing it.
IMHO, see it for what it is worth , every BBS has their unique-ness , and people will still have personal preferences , even if yours lies with vB. I am not related to this entity, just sharing the info i happened to see whilst surfing. take a look at this : http://www.dynamicthreads.com/forum/...?&threadid=224 Quite interesting |
their wyiswyg code in the source almost looks 100% like how vb did it in beta 7
|
that show image thread is dandy though :)

Hi,
I'm one of the DynamicThreads team and I can assure you the code is 100% original. By the way, that's just the style we are using for our beta. Upon release expect something new. If you have any questions, feel free to post them here or there! Oh, by the way: our code HAD to be 100% original in order to have one of our features: automated plugins. Only in the most complicated plugins will an administrator ever have to change any code manually - the way we have designed it, a plugin (or... a "hack" to vbulletin users) can be installed with the click of a mouse button. |
sounds interesting
