I have found more information about her. It's a dutch girl (yay) and her name is Fauve and she doesn't live that far from me. She has a boyfriend but we don't care right? :D

Dont you mean 'water pipe'? ;). That is a hooka she is puffing on, it only has one tip on it in the pic, but multiple people can smoke on the same bowl with on of thoese. I have one myself that 6 heads can toke on at once.
