I go through Nocster (reseller actually, cheaper)
They have had their bad times, but for the last 4-5 months there have been no major (5 minutes +) network problems
Server hasn't had any problems either, most uptime was 60 days, had to take it down for a kernal upgrade (security of course)

I believe Erwin meant he gets 1.171875TB bandwidth a month :). 1200GB != 1.2TB either, so not only is a typo but it's incorrect by ~30GB bandwidth ;).
