I bet he'll be back though...just look out for usernames with .com, .net, or .org in them...

As I just communicated to Xenon, I am an Advisor over at Sitepoint and I noticed overnight he registered over there. So we're keeping an eye on him and anything wqe find out will be passed along over here too.

I've been at vb.org for a long time. :p Just have yet to be successful in building a ommunity so I'm not really running a vb ATM. :p

Yeah, like I said, I'm not running any vbs, ATM. There's really no reason for me to post here much. Besides, it's not as warm and fuzzy as the other place. But I digress. ;)

Well I post at the lounges at vb.org, vb.com, SPF, WHT; and my verdict:

vb.org: inactive but good when there's a lot of people posting
SPF: active but some threads are too weird :p
WHT: active, good discussions
vb.com: just how I like it...:D

Come to think of it, put all those forums together and my total post count is 4300 :eek:

I still got my pm :p

Did anyone ever create a anti-spam hack for PMs? This thread made me think about it.

I have no clue.

Who needs one? You don't want PM's, you flip the little switch that says "Enable Private Messaging?" in your "Edit Options" screen...

What would be good, however, is an allow list, perhaps based on your Buddy List? That way you can send to and accept PM's from your buddies;)
