On the other hand, Rackshack has increased every account's bandwidth for free.

400 GB -> 700 GB
600 GB -> 800 GB

And my account:

1000 GB -> 1200 GB

All for free, and without any prompting. So I am fairly happy with them.

Actually filburt, Rackshack may've had a few problems, but the customers didn't suffer at all. There was that explosion of one of their power thingies (i'm not too technical :p) but their generators came into play so nothing was affected. They have restored utility power now too, so there was no problems.

They've made overages cheaper too, to $0.75 per GB from $1.50 per GB. Not to mention everyone getting at least 200GB extra bandwidth...

Rackshack has never been better!

Indeed...the server room for one of my host's NOC caught fire a week or two ago :eek:

One of my friends server was affected by the transformer explosion, my friends server is first in line of its rack set, it has had many problems from there previous UPS explosion etc. Many of the parts are screwed, RS has offered to change most of it, except the HD, who knows.
