does anyone know how I could get someone in trouble with the England governments for hacking? He's repeatedly admitted to atempting to hack two MBs I run, as well as threatened to tear them down several times. He's also hacked into several members accounts and caused many problems. He's been a thorn in my side for over 6 months and I'm sick and tired of having to deal with his threats every month so if anyone knows, please help. If anyone knows what kind of proof I'd need, where I would report it to, and the possible punishments he would be delt, it would all be much appreciated. Thank you.

I don't have much information for you, but I'd start with your hosting company - see if they can track his ip and that sort of thing.

i have his IP and a tracker, I know what city he's from and his ISP.

I suggest you find his name and pay a vist to his house.

I also suggest having a baseball bat in hand.

he lives in cambridge england, his name is Justin Barker. lol. Unfortunately i live in FL, so that's not possible.

or as said by everyone contact his isp, ban his ip addy and his email, and if poss (if he using @his-site.com all emails odf that site)

I'd be willing to travel down from Coventry, ill bring Hillfield's* population with me, he'd be sure to run then :D

*Hillfields is an area in Coventry, one of the roughest most run down areas in England.

It's illegal to hack into another person's computer or site without permission.

You can basically call his local police and tell them what is happening - print out proof that this is true. They should then approach him. Also do the same with his ISP. Threaten them with a lawsuit for damages if they don't do anything. The thing is that he is under his local UK laws, so you need to approach UK authorities with it.

what kind of proof do you suggest i get. I mean it's hard to get it cause he could easily say it wasn't him and someone was just saying they're him.

Since he hacked a user account, you can probably get his I.P when he was in the account (if he posted) and match it up with his real I.P.

You could save threats to a file or something. That could be a start
