I am in desperate need of someone in administration to contact me conserning accessing pages.
I am getting error that I am not a registered user of vbb. I have purchased vbb and entered my email addy that I used when purchasing.
I send email to contact us and do not get reply back from vbullentin.org
What do I need to do.....!!!!!

Make sure the account you are trying to use it with has the same email as what you entered @ www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php

Also make sure it's in the same case...

Yes it is the same email as at vbullentin.com and same case.
I am wondering if it is a mixup between vbullentin.com and vbullentin.org.
Need an admin or someone that can check that out for me.

The linked page requires a case-sensitive e-mail address identical to the one that corresponds to your account here.

The problem must be I used an email that I can not remember.
I have 3-4 accounts. I have tryed them all and still no luck.
I can log in as iloco which is the account I want to use but then can not access my profile or options to see what email addy I used.
Hope this makes sensce to you.
Boy this has been a mess to get straightened out.
Can an admin contact and maybe help using email so want have to give personal info on the forum.

Your profile here lists a Hotmail address, so use that in the form in the member's area.

i am using a hotmail account when I register the second time to be able to post for help
My original register is using iloco as my user name.
My second is using iiloco as my user name with two i's

I can access forums and hack downloads now using my second account. Guess I will have to forget about my original account because I don't remember what email address I used.

I would prefer to use my iloco account but if I can't then that will be ok.

Thanks filburt1, will have to use iiloco instead of iloco since don't remember what my email address was when I signed up on vbullentin a while back before buying vbb.
I been using ubb and decided to give vbb a try. Have it set up as test board till learn all the in and outs of it.

we don't delete inactive accounts normally, are you sure this account existed here on vb.org and not for example over at vb.com?

I can login with my username as iloco and my password here at vbbullentin.org. Only problem is I can not get access to anything. It gives me the page error that I am not licesened. If I could remember or written my email address for that user name then I think I would be able to use my iloco account.
I will use iiloco since it is so much trouble trying to get into my iloco account.
Just did a serch for iloco and it don't show in members. Maybe I didn't register here at .org. But why would it let me sign in with iloco and a password. Just curious.

you haven't clicked on the activation link of the vb registration mail.

i deleted iloco now and renamed iiloco into iloco :)
