for your text question:
it depends on wethere the japanese language support is installed on a browser or not.
for me it's showing up as japanese, but i'd bet there are some users which would see digits...

Will ANYONE tell us what RAR means (and I don't want to hear nothing about it being a file compression!)? ;)
