[NO BUG] Avatar still shows up?
 

I had an avatar, and then I removed it, but the avatar still shows up in my profile and in the Welcome Panel.

Could someone please fix this?

You don't have an avatar.

as our turtle said you don't have an avatar here...
maybe you have a cached view of your browser, empty the cache and it should be away...

Strange; I already emptied my cache before posting this thread. I still see what I stated in my previous post.

Reboot, try another browser, something. I din't see anything for you.

Well, I can still see my avatar :confused: Maybe only the person to whom the avatar belongs to, can see it? Or it may be just my cache. But then again, I already cleaned it out at least 3 times since I posted this thread.

Thanks! Ctrl + F5 works for me; shift + F5 does nothing over here. I guess ctrl + F5 refreshes the page, and checks to see if there is a newer version of the page? Or it clears the cache for that particular page?

it clears the chace of that particular site, and affilate ones ;)

Could you be a little more specific as to which pages it clears the caches for? :confused:

well it reloads the chache for the actual site so it affects every other site which uses the same ressources.

or in our example:
if you refresh the cache of your profile, the avatar on forumhome will be renewed, too

Ctrl+F5 basically ignores your actual temp files or cache and loads a web page as it was never loaded before.
