I can't seem to access the new "licensed" members only area. But I can access the other restricted area's

You should be able to. Try logging out then back in. You're showing up as licensed.

did that, doesn't work. The same goes for vbulletintemplates.com

No idea. Hopefully Erwin or Xenon can look.

I can do anything any place else on this board cept that area.

Just for fun go to http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php and just resubmit the form and see if it helps.
