No. It would cost money to add a physical aspect to a virtual product.

Isn't the email you get with your customer # and password proof of purchase?

Pretty sure he means something physical. I do think a trophy would be nice :D

filburt, you'd probably just keep the trophy 13 and 1/2 hours past you expiration date, anyway. :p

It would take too much time, money, and effort to do that - Jelsoft have hundreds if not thousands of clients - imagine the printing costs.

But what's the point of the certificate??? Especially if you print it out yourself - you might as well make your own.

It is not needed to check for piracy. There are electronic ways to do it.

Then they can retrieve their customer number/password instantly.

A person who prints their verification email and loses it would have the same troubles keeping up with an actual receipt. Basically - the idea is good but mostly pointless as the email serves as a reciept and should be treated as one (printed and filed away).

And as said twice before, adding a physical aspect to a virtual product will make the product more expensive for everybody due to overhead. There's a similar discussion at vB.com about why vB isn't sold in a box.
