Wow...this has got to be the single longest hack for what only needed to be a TEXT file in the world :)

Good practice, though I can't imagine what on Earth this would ever be used for ;)

Well basically it makes the * for invisible (:p) a link to a page which defines what it means (I've seen a few people ask what it is)

The only people who would ask what it means, are those who can see the *'s. These would be mods usually. The public can't see invisible people. :) So this hack is just for a select few.

I don't see any real practical application for a hack that explains to a few mods that * = invisible.

Do you really have that many mods?

Admins can see them all. Only the actual user who is invisible should see his. He shouldn't be able to see anyone else invisible.
