What happens to illegal boards
 

I obviously have a licence, cos if I didn't, I would be able to get hacks...

They get reported to Jelsoft who in turn uses a contractor who contacts hosts and ISPs which are legally forced to remove the user and optionally file charges.

Basically, they torture their souls and they're bodies are burnt alive rendering themselves with a useless life in Heaven and/or Hell.

Rephrased: they visit freddie's house.

at first they are asked to buy a vbulletin or take it down, then if they don't listen they probably get there site taken down, sued or reported to there isp.
and if non of the above works, they get sent to hell where they must rub hitlers feet.
(I don't work for jelsoft, so don't listen to me.;))

I think I heard that they had 14 days to either remove the illegal vB or buy a license, if they dont do either, then Mr. vB Lawyer has a trip to illegal-ville and makes them spend an entire day with filburt1 (A little too harsh if you ask me;))
