i did! it said invalid entery. i downloaded it yesterday. i paid $85!!! i hope they didnt screw me. thats not fair. i paid $85 and i cant even get into my account. oh my god... what kind of forum is vbulletin??!!!!!

When did you get your license info?Contact Support@vbulletin.com and see what they can do or go to the vbulletin.com forum and see whats up.

Make sure you are typing in your customer number to enter that page, not your forum username. You get the custromer number in the email you get from vBulletin.

Try contacting sales@vbulletin.com. Also, do you still have the confirmation of the order you placed?

Just follow Steve's guidelines. In the ticket, post all your customer information you received in the purchase email, as well the actual problem you encounter and one Support Team member will assist you as soon as possible.
I know they did help me several times and their response time as well as the actual answer were very satisfactory, related to my problems.

If you are licensed, enter your license info, and you can then access the hacks. If you are not licensed, remove vB from your server. :)
