I co-admin a VB site and need a hack
 

It's a popularity table, it's like a poll and you vote how much you like each member from 1-10, and nobody can see who vted but it comes up like this

Screen Name: Member Status: Average Popularity

You will need to ask the owner of that license to enter your name then. You will not be able to access help and downloads until you are shown as working on a licensed vB.

There is a hack like this called "User Rating". But you'll need to be licensed in order to download it.

i also don't "own" the license but my boss does.
now he's able to get hacks but i ain't.
i ask him to ad me to the members list so that i can download hacks and make the new disign.
is it true that you can't add more then one user at the members page(vbulletin.org.php).
i he can i think i'll mail him and link to the words that says it.

No this isn't true. You can add up to three usernames for the vB.org forums.
