Lord Neo - It makes it so that when a Admin or Super Mod edit someone post (a users) that have the choice to lock it so that teh users cannot change it, or if you want to save a post fro future usage to porve they did something wrong but they cannot edit it so its save. You also can give a reason to why you make it so the user cannot edit the post.

Instead of using two fields, one for reason and one for 1/0, just use one field for reason. If it's empty, the post is not locked. If it's not empty, the post is locked.

Anyway great hack, I really love the idea.

Xenon did something similar to this with his "More functions in Editpost if you are an Admin" hack. It just doesn't allow you to give a reason.

Hmm i also think this could simply make users squirum. Oh well if you like to torture your users..

If someone wanted to abuse it, yeah, you could upset users. But I think it was made to stop users who are abusing other users and the board. If it is used right, it can do alot of good.

Yeah. Thats why I didnt give this usage to mods since they can tend to do that. I have found this to be usfull and havent had any compaints about it as of yet :)
