DISCLAIMER: I do not own the hotel hack, nor the store hack. I did not help make either hack, not am I good friends (or really know) either creator of either of these 2 hacks. None of the code here was hand written by me, I only arranged it in the correct way to get them to work together. I made this for me, myself, and I, and decided to release it to show how to get it to work. It is not 100% garunteed to work, it took me a while last night to get to work, but it probably will. You may post bugs in the thread, but some might be the hotel or the store hack, so I may point you to one of those threads. I actually didn't ask either creator if I could release this, but hopefully I won't be shot. I don't garuntee support on this addon, but I will try my best.

Open up the zip file and read 'install.txt'.


UPDATE 9/13/02
Because I am no longer the idiot I once was, security has been upped, a minor but very important change has been made to the part to be added to the store.php file and also a nice tip on how to make it so no one can use the hotel.php script to gain free rooms. IT is really just a matter of re-installing, if you want upgrading instructions, ask me. ;)

Well, people actually care about this hack. Yaye!?!? Well, the problem with all that crap has been fixed...... I just figured that no one cared and, well, I didn't have much time.....

I forgot to mention that the code is from v1.5, 1.6 is messed up with the room name... but I may try to combine them together to get it to work how I need it to....

Yeah, sure, jump into phpMyAdmin and do it yourself. I don't know PHP, really, I just understand some of it, tried with some storew code mixed in a spot, made a room, see if the templates or the money comes out right,. try again. I swotre, I made at least 0 rooms testing it out, I probably could have only made 2 if I knew php, not to mention all the parse errors I got..... If you want that abilitie built in to the admin CP, wait til someone like zajako gets around to doing it, hence, I don't know enough to. If I did, I would probably have a hotel hack of my own with store integration out of the box, well, zip.:D

I knew a lot of people wanted it and I wanted it to, so I arranged your code in with some from the store and got it to work after 1,000,000 parse errors and db errors, heh. :D

It is, like every other store option, editable. No need for a screen shot, looks exactly like every other store action in the store screen, and then exactly like it did with the Hotel when buting a room.

Of course you need both installed, it is an integration of the two :banana:

Hmm..... go to hotel.php?action=buyroom

do all the crap their, and tell me if you get an error.

like I said, go to the location above and try it out, tell me if there are any errors. If there are, ask about it in the hotel thread *points to first post*, if not I will TRY to make a fix for it.

Also, once the error hits, the querys stop, thus money is AFTER those ++++s, so of course it can't take out the money.

I was installing the hack but I believe part of the storehotel.txt file has some junk in it... at the bottom it contains:

EDIT: I see now. Something with the eval was parsed into whatever that is....... I will look into it and try to fixc the error.....

What exactly does this integration do? I don't believe it was mentioned anywhere.. or if it was... I just missed it. :confused:

It makes people pay to create a hotel room.
