I am hereby declaring that The Peoples Front For Proper Smileys has surfaced.

We are holding 5 ':)', 14 ':cool:' and 2 ';)' hostage untill someone grant's us a proper ':P' in stead of, or in addition to the ':p' smiley.

The hostages are being treated well for the time being, and no harm will come to them if this issue is resolved in a timely manner.

Chopping it down the middle would only remove half it's head. Not sure if that would count as decapitation.

And if we did, what part of the remaining smiley should be considered the removed part? They would both be equal in size...
