Thanks for the comments :) - I am glad that everyone seems to like the site, the feedback has been very good so far :). Although there is only so much you can do with the templates, I hope that this will spark a greater interest in template editing.

I have been so busy lately, I was left with the basic splash instead of a nicer one. I may just move things over from /mods to / since the splash is useless (I thought so also, but a placeholder was needed ;)).

I think the new design is great, but like Firefly said, get rid of the splash. :)

The splash is in the process of being removed, I am very pushed right now, both with vBT and another website (but I am making time for everything :)); I am trying to make sure everything is in order to make my life easier.

Things seems to be doing pretty well, during the first 3 days of being opened to the public, 128 members registered :) (which I may add I am very happy with and hope it continues to grow).

With the growth, I can only thank those who have actually taken to the time to write up instructions on how to modify certain aspects of vBulletin, without those people taking their time, vBT probably would not be happening right now.

As for the mailing list, everyone that had signed up should have gotten an e-mail, Xiphoid, I rememeber you e-mail being on the list so you should have gotten an e-mail (I apologize if you did not).

Thanks for everyones comments, others are still free to comment, whether it be on something vBT needs done, needs to add, or otherwise.

yesterday the same problem for 2-3h.....

The host for vBT was a sponsor, it was not on my own server at the time. I am buying a new dedicated server as of now and vBT will be moved on to it in the mean time (once the server is set up).

I am sorry for these problems, it is beyond my control, I blame my sponsor 100% :) - but I will be hosting it myself soon so I will be in full control of everything (just the way I like it ;)).

yeah site is still down as of jul1 2002

I am hoping the new server will be set-up by tomorrow and things will be moved over then, so I look for it to be up tomorrow afternoon or around 5:00-6:00pm EST.

Whoo! Good, it broke down on me the other day right when I was downloading a modification I wanted. I'm glad it's back. Great job! :)

:) - I am very glad it is back up, everything had to be done by hand instead of using a server to server transfer, but it was worth it :).

Thanks, although most template modifications are self-explanitory and some you can not really show a screenshot on because it would not really show anything of use unless you were looking at it live :).

I will work to bring screenshots in but as said above, even with screenshots, some will need a live example of a SS.

Cool site, but I haven't gotten my activation e-mail either.

A few people have mentioned they have not gotten confirmation e-mails. I have re-sent them, so you should be getting them or already have gotten them. If you are a COPPA user (under 13 years old) then you probably won't get it for a little bit (sorry, I have a tendency not to check that section often ;)).

Is it closed or moving? A few days ago there was a message saying vbt was moving but now its closed for good? What happened?

Closed, are you kidding :)

I would never close vBT down, especially not now, it is back open and fully running once more (the domain took forever to propagate).
