Everquest Hack
What I'm looking for is a way to make a roster for my Guild / clan / team whatever you want to call it. I have searched the site and come up empty. I'm looking for a way for user (registered) to enter in their character(s) class , level, race, etc...that deals with the game Everquest. Question: is there a hack out there for this someplace and maybe I'm missing it? Any suggestions?
Thanks, Keely |
There isnt no...
Is there an end purpose to this?? I.e. - Is this for the Admins to view, or for anyone to view? Satan |
for anyone to view...
|
Hmmm...
I do have something, but at the moment only Admins and Mods can view it... I shall try and modify it... Satan |
BTW : What fields would you need?

Thanks, Keely |

I found an example of the type of thing I'm looking for (doesn't need to link to players equipment just a basic list will do.). The webmaster of this site has said that this particular script was so heavily integrated into his site that it would take a guru to get just that part out for me....
http://www.cohort.cc/eqroster/eqroster.php |
i would love to have that also, as my website is for my everquest guild
|
any luck?
|
Im sorry...
I havent had time to do anything just yet... I will contact you with any news:) Satan |
I am working on something like this at the moment. I'm not quite sure when I will have time to finish it, tho.
What's remaining is actually letting the users add/edit/delete their chars, and something for the admin cp that lets admins do the same. It looks somewhat like the roster over at http://www.ebon-dawn.com. |
I also run an Everquest VB site and I saw something like this a few months back. I wanted to integrate it into my site. But I don't see that I kept my book mark.
It was sweet.. next to the posters name, inside the post, were listed the person's primary char, race, class, etc. And there was also a member list one could view. Dang I'm going to try to find that site again. |
My hack will have info on the main char in the postbit.

K, it's summer so I haven't done to much lately (except partying and playing EQ - need to get that damned lvl 50 soon :/).
I basicly just have the admin interface left, plu some tweaking. When that is done, I'll consider releasing it as an addon. |
