MrBojangle1 05-12-2002 11:54 PM

Atian 05-13-2002 12:08 AM

I just tried it,and it ended up like crap,i need someone to help me!
i cant get proper parameters....

scsa20 05-13-2002 03:19 AM

try useing Dreamweaver or some other webbuilding visual tool to help you out ;)

Orlandu 05-13-2002 03:46 AM

If you know HTML, it's all done with tables. You make a <table> then for each of the entries, you add a <td>stuff in here</td>
It's a little more complicated than that, but that's the basic idea.

Dean C 05-13-2002 06:29 PM

its not that hard... i cud do it but it wud take me about 2 hours...

*im lazy*

it is not that hard really... jus play around with tables with what the default postbit template is... then create the images etc

Sparkz 05-13-2002 06:36 PM

Here's a hint for ya: Go back to that site, right click, view source and see how they did it...

Atian 05-13-2002 06:45 PM

ok all i keep getting is:

<td bgcolor={pageal} width=75 size=2><table>all the stuff here
<smallfont>Weapon: $post[field5]<br>
Limit: $post[field5] <br>
Gil: $post[field6]$pointfield <br></smallfont></td></table>

blah blah ect etc

Zerofactor 05-13-2002 07:08 PM

Is there a way I can make my entries smaller?

TWTCommish 05-14-2002 12:50 AM

What do you mean by "entries"?

thats a very cool forum,i like it,oh and heres how my postbit looks!

ULTIMATESSJ 05-20-2002 10:15 PM

heres what mine look like, i've added loads and loads of hacks, but not my postbit is getting out of hand and it needs a bit of a revamp, i wanna keep the bars for the levels and the itemshop though, but to make them neater. and more compact

I use a small postbit very similar to Vbulletin.org's style, because I personally would have to agree that it looks much more organized and user-friendly that way.

ULTIMATESSJ 06-16-2002 10:18 PM

so would it be possible for someone to do this for me and others

dogbomb 06-17-2002 09:54 AM

If anyone wants specific help with their postbits, please get in touch with me wish their details and I will see what I can do.
