<p>hellsatan was the Founder of The Socialist Paradise, the LER, and one of
the co-founders of The Confederacy. </p>
<p>hellsatan had an ambition to create a website of his own, and start up, without
having to be responsible for running a board on his own for someone else too
lazy to do it themselves (*cough* Fade *cough*). </p>
<p>hellsatan then decided to purchase the domain : <a href="http://www.darkblazes.com/">http://www.darkblazes.com/</a>,
and buy a vBulletin Liscence.</p>
<p> This site is his creation, and with the help of his fellow Admins, (Tyr,
Skeeve, andMarib Hashib) he will try and make this site fun and good to be
a part of. </p>
<p>hellsatan's real Name is Chris, and he has just finished taking his GCSEs.
</p>
<p>hellsatan has been surfing the internet since he can remember, and surfing
forums since 1997. </p>
<p>This makes him one of the rare bunch, who have been around alot longer than
most, and knows alot about this business. </p>
<p>hellsatan purchased the Domain, the vBulletin Liscence, and then set about
finding some good graphic designers, to make a few logos and graphics. </p>
<p>hellsatan finally settled on Vertex, a brilliant Graphic Designer, who made
hellsatan 2 brilliant styles, and helped hellsatan make the vBportal work,
which is the main stay of the DarkBlazes.com site. </p>
<p>DarkBlazes.com has its own clan, the Blazes Clan, which is all about Online
Gaming, in whatever game they all like! </p>
<p>The Blazes clan is invite only, but some requests to join from well known
and trusted Members is allowed. </p>
<p>Generally, any Moderator or Administrator of the DarkBlazes.com Forums, is
a Clan Member. </p>
<p>There are also a few members who have not reached Moderator status, but they
are well known by the staff, and trusted to be a part of a growing and successful
Clan. </p>
<p>The DB team are hoping to purchase some more Bandwidth, more space, and a
few more Domains, and then open up their server to host Online Gaming for
specific games. </p>
<p>This is all in the Future and just in the imagination stage at present, but
who knows - The DB team may soon be bringing Online Gaming to an entirely
new level! </p>
<p>hellsatan, who is well known by many people, has been advertising his forums
alot, and is always ready to take on challenges to Forum Wars, friendly banter
or all out Devastation. </p>
<p>hellsatan tries to keep DarkBlazes as much Freedom of Speech orientated as
possible, but, of course, there are limits, and a few rules you must obey.

<p>Anybody breaking the rules will not be banned immediately. </p>
<p>Instead, they will spend between 1 day and 1 week in The Slammer, a specially
designed forum, to allow only Convicts to post there - Every Member can see
The Slammer, but they cannot post unless they are a Moderator, Super Moderator,
Administrator, or a Convict. </p>
<p>This allows the Convict to be able to interact with the Staff, and hopefully
realise the error of their ways, before more drastic measures must be taken
- The Moderator of The Slammer has the best job on the Planet - In The Slammer,
there are no rules - You can basically do what you want, but the Moderator
does not have to abide by normal Moderator rules in that Forum - The Moderator
has the permission to do what he wants to the Convicts, whether it be edit,
close, move or delete their topics, as the Convicts have been breaking the
Ground Rules set by the DB Team - Of course, this Moderator position will
only be given to a Moderator that the Administrator Staff trust entirely,
and it may at some stage be one of the Administrators, because there are no
Moderators available or eligable to take up the position.</p>

I know how to sort the DropBox to get it to open new pages, I just didnt add it for simplicity...
Can you please tell me how to arrange the file so that the Screenshot below (The Table Heading) is at the top rather than bottom?
