Would this require two VB licences??

At the moment I have two main parts to my forums. F1 Models, and General F1
I wondered is it possible to split these two. At the moment it is laid out like any other forums with just headings the categories.

I want to make it in to two parts. So when you go to the forums you select where you want to go. Whether it be F1 Models or F1.

I wondered how I would go about doing this? Would I need to have one index.php with the two links on the page?

I also wondered about how I would split Vb categories?

The only way I could think of would be to buy a second licence and have them both running on separate servers. But this would cost more.

Any ideas?

Just have two different links ex:

Link 1: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?forumid=1

Link 2: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?forumid=3

and change the forumid=# to the forumid of F1 Models and the other to the forumid of F1 General.

I currently have 8 different catagorys and i would like to display 4 on one page and 4 on the other. Is that possible using that method?

as long as you only use one database and one set of files for the site it is fine i believe.

someone was working on this before...

Yeah the thing is would i need to do two copy of the index.php file? e.g. Index1 and index2 on index on have the links to the first 4 and then in index two have the links to the other 4? does that make sence?

Just have a completely different page target the 2 separate topics on the index page, F1 General and F1 Models and have each of those contain the 4 categories you want. Click the links in my post above and see how they work.
