I like the colors/text, but I don't like how the Forum categories are all scwished together. Try showing the forums instead of categ's only

Sigon 03-21-2002 07:30 PM

we did but there are a lot of them with some categories

Very nice. I think I would switch the white and Gold in the forums area, so that the higher levels were the most prominent. Does that make sense ?

What do you mean?

Nice implementation of a color scheme to create a 3D effect. I like the rollover navigation buttons.

Is it my imagination, or does creating a gaming site almost guarantee that you'll be swamped with traffic? I wish I could have subtopic areas with over 10,000 posts ... :squareeyed:

huh? what? Think you went to the wrong place

Hey everyone, we have been working on updating this site over the past 2 nights, and personally think that we have done quite a good job.

First we re-ordered all the categories, it was a bit confusing before, so we have given it more of a uniform feel, second of all, we completly removed the "forumhome" forum list, and replaced it with 4 images linking off to the 4 main rooms, then all that had to be done was change the colours a little.

I'm not going to say any more, i'll just leave it up to you to have another look and let us know what you think

:)

I think I did go to the wrong place ... either that, or all the messages were cleared over the past two days.

It's just an observation that just about every bulletin board dealing with gaming, even those old-school WWWBoard-based sites, are usually packed with traffic.

Well what do you think now?
