Admin/MODs have multiply avatars?
 

]Well.. Hi everybody! :)

I got an idea. Is it possible for admins (for the beginning let's take only admins) to use multiply avatars? Example: Admin have a set of 10 pictures. We load a page that have a post by admin. What we see? We see his avatar number one. Reload page - avatar number four. Reload page - avatar number seven. As u allready understood we're not just changing avatar from 1 to 2 to 3 etc, but mix them.

Would be very great if somebody could make a hack for my idea! :) Thanx for your time.

PS: If it's possible, this hack should limit its features by looking at userid.

I have requested this multiple times.. but no one responded.. it is still something I have been trying to make for awhile now....

Heh... He has alot to do I am sure. and this requires some hacking.. mostly I want to have it on my boards..... search around the forums and you can see my original threads requesting in :D

Ohh of course. If I wasnt going to release it, I wouldnt even talk about it.

This may require changes to the database tables to store additional references to avatars for the admins. :o

I think the easiest and the most hack free solution to this wuold be to make those avatars into an animated gif with a 2-3 second delay between the frames. ;)

naahh... I don't call it a solution...

by the way... Firefly made so only admins can use tag [img], so why it should be impossible to limit this feature to admins only?

Hmm someone correct me if I am wrong, but all you have to do, is make an upload forum, that stores the pics in your data base

and then just call upon them using a rand() function

]well.. u could just make a txt or whatever file where u have stored names of your logos and them call them using a rand() function. So u're free of making a new forum...

The main problem is : I can't figure out how to do it, but I have the idea. That's what request forum is all about. ;)

Well. I want to make a duplicate of the avatar system. It looks more professional, and it has the ability to have already uploaded avatars.

Cause I for example don't want avatars that my fellow admins use ;)

I have no problem this the rotating script but you have to add other options to get it to work.

You need more than just a rotaion script.. you need added avatar stuff so that you can call the second avatar, then you need to use some other good code to make it work... liek I said I am workig on it.. I am almost finished with a big hack then I am going to start on this one. ;)
