Can you do this?

I want to create a newbie forum... so newbies can post there... then once the newbie has over 50 posts... they'll be able to post in the regular forum. Can you do this kind of restriction to forums? I was told someone did that hack here already.. but I tried searching for it.. no luck. Thanks

I did that on vbulletin.com's forum already.

You are not showing up as licensed in these forums although I do see you licensed on vbulletin.com. Did you follow the link and instructions that Pyschodrone posted? You need to do that in order to have full access here as well. If you have done this and it still doesn't work, send a PM to FireFly and he can probably straighten it out.

There s a hack to auto adjust usergroups based on post count. ave 2 user groups. n00bs and regulars. Only n00bs can access teh n00b frum and can't access reg forums. Etc...

I am still looking for a hack that'll do this. I have way too many newbies asking the same god dam question on my forum. It really stinks. I figure... this is a good way to start off newbies... in their own forum! ;) am i right?
