@black: Everything will be entered in the database and can be viewed in the admincp and in the modcp, in the modcp u and the mods have the abillity to view the incoming Moderator Applications and have the possibility to rate that Moderator Application and can view who already rated that Moderator Application and more...

At the admincp u have the ability to view the Moderator Applications and delete the Moderator Applications...

where people cant make a thread until they reply on x amount of threads and u can set the which forum u want this in and the amount of replys before u can make a thread in the admincp
